found out many interesting things that I am pleased to share with you!

First of all, let me tell you some really interesting things that I received from
your Higher Self - An authentic connection with your Higher Self means attracting
the right type of people into your life - the people who serve to you as a mirror
to your soul and who will help you evolve further on your path. I could sense from
her that she feels there are some people in your life with whom you don't share the
same energy and you should start communicating with them less and less, as they are
bringing your energy levels down and not helping you evolve in any way.

Also, your Higher Self whispered through her energy that you should try and pay
more attention to your daily habits and start making a productive routine for
yourself, more than ever before. The potential inside you, from what I felt, is
amazingly high, but right now you are not even reaching half of it.

It is very important for you to take good care of your mind, body and soul. I would
recommend you to start meditating, reading and journaling regularly. It will help

journaling will help you connect with her easier. It will allow you to unleash the

She also whispered to me the word "excitement", which means that you should try and
be more excited about everything you do, as from what I was able to feel, your aura
colors and energies are not on the right frequency right now because of
subconscious negative thoughts that formed throughout time. Please try and be
excited in each activity you do - at first you will have to force it a bit, but
soon it will come naturally to you and you will be able to easily reap the
wonderful benefits.
