Foot Step

1. Step onto the bench with your right foot. Bring up your left
foot. Step back down, right foot first, then left foot.
2. Continue stepping up and back down for three minutes. Try to
maintain a steady pace of about 24 steps per minute.
3. After three-minutes, take your pulse. Count the number of
heartbeats you feel in seconds. Then multiply the number by 4 to
determine your pulse rate.

1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Lift up your left knee to
your chest.
2. Switch to lift your right knee to your chest. Continue the
movement, alternating legs and moving at a sprinting or
running pace.

Coordination

1. Hold the rope while keeping your hands at hip level.


2. Rotate your wrists to swing the rope and jump.
3. Jump with both feet at the same time, one foot at a time,
alternating between feet, etc.
4. Repeat until the set is complete.
