There are some office etiquettes you have to know when you work in my office. First, you
ought to arrive at work on time, usually 10 minutes earlier if we have a meeting that day.
Second, you must wear neatly, men wear suits, women wear skirts and shirts and you have
to wear the uniform on Monday. Third, our office is not only a workplace but also a second
home so we have to build and develop a friendly environment to work in, you should treat
everyone with kindness and respect. Fourth, don't gossip at working time, and avoid talking
about personal matters at breaking time, as it will be annoyed your co-workers and
distracted them. Instead of that, you should discuss about your tasks to finish these well.

Lately, I ought to face an office problem. I learned a lesson after that. It was last Tuesday,
my company had a vital meeting on Thursday and my boss told me to print the documents
to prepare for the meeting. It was delayed. Then on Thursday, I started to print them 30
minutes previously the meeting. Unfortunately /ʌn´fɔ:tʃənətli/, there’s a problem. The printer
is not working as it always does. Firstly, I thought it was the computer or internet
connection. But after a while, I realized that the real issue is the printer. I was freaking out
and immediately called a technician to fix this. He responded but he said he can’t come and
checked at that moment. Consequently, I didn’t complete my mission and my boss was
angry. After that, I have to sit down and think about it. My lesson is always to prepare 1 day
earlier in case a problem as this happened again.
U7: carrer plans
After graduation, I’m going to go back my hometown and apply for private company. My
major is marketing, so I’m going to apply to the Marketing department. I’m going to apply
to Ha Le Company which is 5-6 kilometers from my home. So, it’s convenient for
commuting. Second, it’s a big company and has high salary. I think the condition of Ha Le
company that every employee wants. Third, this company has a reasonable regime and
working time. So, I’m going to have a lot of time to do outside work or learn some skills. I
plan to attend a communication course and critical thinking skills. Those skills will help me
a lot of my work. They can help me get a higher position at work and higher salary. Career
plans help me to be better prepared, motivated to boost myself to try to achieve my goals.
I’ll try my best, hard and harded in my single day to make my plan come true.

On behalf of my group, I would like to present our business plan. We're going to launch a
whitening serum. It's going to be called CiCi. The store is going to be based in Tay Tuu
street. We're planning to open the store in May. The target customers are women and young
people from 17 to 40. About the price, the recommended retail price is 3 hăn rớt thousand
VND. What makes our product different? It's extracted from natural ingredients such as aloe
vera, honey, ginseng, Peach blossom, cucumber and some vitamins. Regarding the
advertising channels, we are going to choose social media: youtube, tiktok and e-comerse
platform like shoppe, lazada... Lastly, interms of the capital that we need, it's 2 billion.
Above are our entire business plans looking forward to do receiving investment from our

Employee benefits are a tool used by businesses to attract potential applicants, improve
employee satisfaction, reduce turnover and maintain competition. This employee benefits
packages may include overtime, medical insurance, vacation, profit sharing, and retirement
benefits, to name just a few. For a second year student like me, the most important benefit is
flexible hours. As the fact that I still have to learn at school and the working time will
completely depend on school schedule. So flexible hours will be easier for me to arrange
time for both school and company, I can work without worrying about being late for school.
I prefer working in the evening and I can also easily arrange to come in on Saturdays and
Sundays. I said above, consequently I put gaining experience first. Salary is also essential
but at this time I don’t take it too seriously. However, I will try to work at my best to
deserve the money I get paid.
