X. Rationale:
Teaching strategies are the practices teachers use to engage their students in
better learning. It also refers to the methods, techniques, procedures and processes
that a teacher uses during instruction. Teaching strategies play an important role in
classroom instruction. Without the use of a strategy, teachers would be aimlessly
projecting information that doesn't connect with learners or engage them. Strategies
help learners participate, connect, and add excitement to the content being delivered.

REACT strategy is the implementation of contextual learning approach through


its stages, namely relating (hooking), experiencing (experiencing), applying
(applying), cooperating (working together), transferring (moving) (Ismawati, 2017;
Sari et al., 2018). Learning with REACT strategy will provide many learning
experiences for the students, because this strategy is better known as lifelong learning;
learners learn by actively exploring the information and technology needed, both
individually and in groups to build knowledge; learners not only master the content of
their subjects but they also learn how to learn. Learning with the concept of providing
experience, application, and working together in finding concepts and able to
motivate learners in improving, training and developing abilities Mathematically.

XI. Terminal Objective:


To discuss the REACT (Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating,
Transferring) Strategy

XII. Enabling Objectives:


 To discuss comprehensively the REACT Strategy and its importance
 To provide technical assistance to teachers on how to use REACT
Strategy in teaching

XIII. Expected Outputs:


 Effectively used REACT Strategy in teaching.
