PROJECT: Proposed FLOWCRETE RESIN FLOORING SYSTEM for: SOYA BEAN FACTORY AT
BANDAR BARU ENSTEK

Surface preparation by using Shot blasting machine/ Heavy duty scarifier machine. All substrates must be clean
and free from dust and loose particles. All traces of contaminants such as oils, fats, greases, paint residues,
chemicals, algae and laitance should be removed by using hot torch method and shot blasting. All cracks are
subject to further movement. Should be opened out, cross cut, and filled with Flowtex PT.
(for visible area only)

Kindly refer to the below substrate requirements needed prior epoxy/polyurethane application.
i. Power floated concrete without floor hardener
ii. The compressive strength of the concrete substrate should be min 25N/mm2.
iii. The moisture content should be less than 75% in concrete with the presence of effective damp
proof membrane.
iv. The concrete floor level should not more than 5mm deviation over 3 meter straight edge (SR2)

6 PROPOSED SYSTEM – LIQUID DENSIFIER
To supply and apply ISO 9001-2015 certified “Euclid RATE ONLY 35.00
Chemical Euco Diamond Hard” silicate and siliconate
liquid Densifier to enhance surface density, durability
and abrasion resistance, all shall done in accordance to
manufacturer’s instruction.
PROPOSED SYSTEM – POLYURETHANE COVING
7 To supply and apply Flowcrete Flowfresh Cove
RATE ONLY 85.00/MR
(150mm High); An environmental friendly low VOC
(Based on USEPA Methad 24 Section 11.2.2 & ASTM
D2369-98), an anti-microbial polyurethane coving
system:- consist of 'Flowprime V', 'Flowfresh Cove' and
'Flowfresh Coating'; Apply in accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions and recommendations.
8 PROPOSED SYSTEM – WATER BASED EPOXY
INTERIOR WALL COATING
To supply and apply Flowcrete Flowgard EPW WALL RATE ONLY 38.00
(0.2mm in 3 coats); An environmental friendly low VOC
(Based on USEPA Methad 24 Section 11.2.2 & ASTM
D2369-98), a pigmented, water-based epoxy, hygienic
wall sealer that is compliant to CSM® (Cleanroom
Suitable Materials) requirements.;- consist of 'Flowseal
EPW WALL' apply in accordance with the manufacturer's
instructions and recommendations.

1. PRICE
- The above price is in Ringgit Malaysia.
- The price is supply of materials.

2. PAYMENT TERM
- 40% down payment and progress payment shall be 30 days from the date of invoicing.

3. MATERIAL LEADTIME
1 to 2 weeks from the date receive of official Purchase Order.

4. PRICE VADILITY
1 month from the above date.

6. SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION CONTRACT

The supply and installation contract will be taken by Flowcrete licensed applicator in Malaysia.

7. CONRETE SUBSTRATE REQUIREMENT

The substrate should be designed to withstand all the structural, thermal, and mechanical
stresses and loads which occur during service.

8. DAMP PROOF MEMBRANES

In new construction, for concrete bases in contact with the ground, a damp proof membrane
should have been incorporated into the slab design. If moisture reading is found to be more
than 5% and above, a moisture barrier will be required before the laying of resin flooring
system.

9. SURFACE REGULARITY
The installation of Flowcrete product will follow the profile of the underlying substrate.

10. GOODS AND SERVICES REQUIRED FROM YOU

- Provision of all accessibility to working area.
- Provision of storage facilities for materials, application tools and equipment
- Provision of water, electricity and sufficient lighting
