Proper sizing granuals with seive

This is connected through the Vacuum Pump

Which cretes vacuum at every Equipment

Granuals transferred to the FBD

Process occur and moistre removed
Material make dry

To the buffer hopper connected to Vacuum Pump

Dry Granuals take & drop by Vacuum

Again Co Milling and Seving process

Granuals transferred to the Bin
Blending Process Occure with other Material adding
Its also under vacuum process

Granuls transferred to the Cage Bin

C-Bin manually attached with the Lifting machine

It will transfer the Material to Compressor machine

Whole Compressed Machine charged in Coating PAN

For Coating Process of Tablet
Than it is transferred to the Packing area
