    We, ANGELO SALES and FERNANDO ANGELES after having been duly sworn to testifies, as follow:

    Q- What is your name and other personal circumstance?


    A- We are ANGELO SALES and FERNANDO ANGELES both of legal ages, and Single and presently
    assigned as the Security Guard at the Robinsal Mall Naga City.

    Q- Do you know LIZARDO AGUSAN, the applicant for Search Warrant?


    A- yes

    Q- Do you know the premises of know LIZARDO AGUSAN?


    A- Yes

    Q- Do you have personal knowledge that in said premises the following properties are being kept, being used
    or intended to be used without proper documents, to wit:LIZARDO AGUSAN
    A- Yes, he stole and kept the Bag of the costumer at the Greenwich while the person is ordering for foods.

    Q- Do you know who is or who is the person or persons who have or have control of him above-described
    properties?
    A- Yes, she is ANA MARIE CACERES.

    Q- How did you know that the said properties are kept in his/her premises which are subject of the offense?
    A- We conducted discreet surveillance and it was confirmed that:LIZARDO AGUSAN is keeping bag with stolen
    Money in his/her premises/ residence.
