WORK PROFILE
Project : CPM ( Customer Portfolio Manager )
 CPM is data analytical tool used by our client (The Mars Agency) who runs advertisement campaign for
their customers.
 TMA associated with some of the product multinational companies of USA (eg. Mondeleze, Dr.Pepper)
 Mainly TMA works for this clients, customers to develop & design ideas for their advertisement campaign.
 In CPM, Java technology is used for web API development & UI developed using AngularJS
 In CPM, Jobs are developed in C which are monitored by Airflow Data Transfer Tool.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 I am responsible to provide L1 and L2 Support to client on 24*7 basis.

 Daily monitoring the jobs on Airflow Data Transfer Tool and solving issues related to jobs by log
analysis .
 Handling tickets and user service requests on BMC Remedy Ticketing Tool as per SLA.
 Checking email alerts, notification mails, any ticktes in queue & acknowledge them on priority.
 Attending daily huddles calls with internal team and weekly calls with clients .
 Resolve application related queries and issues.
 I have good knowledge about ITIL process in which I am responsible for Change Management,
Deployment Management, Incident Management, Problem Management & Service Request.
 I am responsible to sending daily health check-up mail to higher management.
 At the end of shift, Need to assign remaining work to next shift person
