Subject: OneAmerica Encourages All to Celebrate ASPIRE Winners

“One of the most inspiring parts of my job is working with the driven and dedicated
employees that work alongside me.”

OneAmerica has recently nominated over 140 employees that have embodied our company’s
core values and upheld the culture we strive for throughout the past calendar year. It was my
great pleasure to surprise the four final award recipients with in-person visits and phone calls.

These associates have presented characteristics of the company’s seven core beliefs, qualifying
them for one of four awards:
1. Distinguished Achievement
2. Outstanding Leadership
3. Excellence in Execution
4. Excellence in Partnership

The criteria for the awards include character requirements such as dedication, empowerment,
innovation and positive change, consistency, efficiency, and exceptional overall
performance. Each of the awards has unique qualifications that define an associate’s
contribution to OneAmerica’s success, which are described in full on our website.

This year’s nominees have been notified of their achievements, and the winners of each of the
four ASPIRE awards will be announced at a banquet this upcoming month on April 8. The
nominees will be joined by their special guests for a dinner followed by an award ceremony.
It is vital that we are committed to supporting our associates’ personal growth as well as the
growth of our overall community, and for this reason all employees are invited to join the
celebration through a live stream of the award ceremony. We hope that all employees will take
advantage of this advantageous opportunity and be inspired to work towards the goal of
receiving a future award.

Congratulations to all nominees, and a special compliment to this year’s award winners. Thank
you to all our dedicated employees for their hard work to sustain OneAmerica’s core beliefs and
overall excellence. I encourage all to continue to grow and develop their skills for future
