In summary, Urbanization is the movement of people from Rural areas

to Urban areas and Rural areas are places that have less than 1000
people per square mile and an Urban areas include places where there
are at least or more than 1000 people per square mile. This all started in
the industrial revolution when there were major improvements to
machinery and technology as people were losing their jobs on the farms
they had to move to the cities to work in factories and machines which
caused the urban areas to grow as more people moved and settled down.
Eventually cities were made possible because of better construction
techniques and improved utilities like water and power and transit, etc
making the cities more advanced and giving a high standard of living for
the people which made people who work in the rural areas.
The push factors to why people moved to urban areas from rural are:-

poor health and education services
