1. In the exigency of service and in compliance with the requirements of

the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 9184,
this office reconstitutes the composition of the Division Technical
Working Group (TWG) for the construction and repair of school
buildings affected by Typhoon Odette under Quick Response Funds,
to wit:

2. It is expected that the designation of the above names shall discharge

and perform their duties and responsibilities with highest degree of
efficiency and integrity set forth in the 2016 Revised Implementing
Rules and Regulations of RA 9184.

3. Unless sooner removed for a cause, the members of the member shall
have a fixed term of one (I) year reckoned from the date of
appointment, renewable at the discretion of the head procuring entity.

4. The memorandum supersedes all other previous memoranda on the

same subject.

5. The designation order is effective starting April 12, 2023.

6. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is
highly desired.
