Condominium Application

I am pleased to submit a condominium application for the above noted site.

This project will redevelop the subject property with a new 50 storey residential building
containing 665 apartments, including 565 condominium units and replacement of 100 former
rental units. The current application is for those 565 condominiums, and related parking and
service units.

City council approved the initial rezoning and rental housing demolition on July 16, 2019 (file
nos. 18 144553 STE 27 OZ; and 18 144572 STE 27 RH) and approved the site plan on October
28, 2019 (file no. 18 150053 STE 27 SA). Subsequently, a minor variance for two additional
floors was approved on December 1, 2021 (file no. A1013/21TEY) and the amended site plan
was approved on May 24, 2022 (file no. 21 167913 STE 13 SA).
