I am currently an Oncology Technician on 3W/4W BMT Unit. I have been working for almost an entire year and
have enjoyed every moment. I am inquiring about a Nurse Residency position on 3W/4W as I am graduating
from the University of South Florida with a BSN degree. During my time on the unit, I have grown and learned
so much about patient centered care and the importance of compassion, time management, and leadership.
Having worked as an OT has positively impacted my ability to provide the best patient care and has aided me
tremendously on my journey to becoming a Registered Nurse. I aspire to climb the clinical ladder, put the
patients first, and provide safe, competent care. It would be an honor for me to continue to practice at Moffitt
Cancer Center and I look forward to hearing back about the Nurse Residency position.
