SUBJECT : Repair of Second Battalion, Female Dormitory Latrine

1. Reference:
a. Verbal instruction from Assistant Commandant of Cadets, Tactics
Group to seek assistance for the repair of the clogged latrines located in the
right wing of the First floor of Female Dormitory.

2. This pertains to the clogged drainage system of latrines located in the right
wing of the First Floor of Female Dormitory which results to the drainage ejecting
dirty water and wastage accumulated within it.

3. In connection with the above-mentioned situation, the undersigned

respectfully requests assistance in repairing the clogged drainage system of the
latrines in the right wing of the Female Dormitory First Floor.
