How to Make
Materials:
• A tall narrow clear glass
• Blender
• 3 kinds of fruit juices
▪ kiwi juice (no sugar added)
▪ 400ml orange juice (42.4 g of sugar)
▪ strawberries juice (no sugar added)
• Syringe (helps to layer the liquids)
Follow These Steps:
1. Peel kiwi and cut into slices.
2. Cut the strawberry in slices.
3. Put the chopped kiwi into your blender and blend for just 4 seconds. Repeat the same step
for strawberries.
4. Place the fruit juice in order of their density.
5. Pour the densest (kiwi juice with fibrous pulp) drink into a glass.
6. Slowly pour the juice with the next least dense (orange juice) into the glass. Slowly pour the
drink down the side of the glass using a syringe.
7. Continue layering with strawberries juice.

Conclusion:
Juices that have different density levels. The density of a juice determined by how much
sugar or fruit is in it – the more sugar or fruit, the denser the juice is. Different fruit colour
created an array of coloured layers which would attract all level of consumers especially
children and teens effortlessly.
