LOCATION
The department sits on a sprawling 15,210–hectare
campus at the foot of a legendary dormant volcano
called Mount Makiling which rises at 1,090 meters
above sea level. The campus is located in the Nature
and Science City of Los Baños, 65 kms. south of
Manila. The land area includes a 4,244 –hectare forest
reserve which hosts over 2,000 species of flowering
plants and ferns, 120 bird species , 19 types of reptiles,
around 7,000 insect species and at least 50 species of
mammals.

Summer Program in Management
Major in Agribusiness The Master of Management (MM) Summer Program is the
final admission requirement of applicants to the MM
Management and Graduate Programs. After the applicants have

the UPLB Graduate School, their documents will be
evaluated and screened at the Department of
Agribusiness Management. Those who will pass the
preliminary screening will be provisionally admitted and
are required to attend and pass the MM Summer Program.
The Master of Management major in Agribusiness The Summer Program is a 5-weekend course (Friday
