Subject : Coordination Meeting of DepEd Accountants and

Budget Officers

Date : August 30, 2018

The DepEd Central Office Accounting and Budget Divisions shall conduct a
coordination meeting with RO and SDO Accountants and Budget Officers to be held on
September 11-14, 2018 at the Golden Peak Hotel and Suites, Cebu City.

Kindly allow your Division Accountants and Budget Officers to attend this
coordination meeting. Important issues and updates are lined up to be discussed by the DepEd
Executive Committee (EXECOM) during the said activity.

Attached is a copy of the Unnumbered Memorandum dated August 29, 2018 of USEC
Victoria M. Catibog and USEC Annalyn M. Sevilla, Undersecretaries for Finance –
Disbursements and Accounting (DA) and Budget Performance Monitoring (BPM), respectively,
for this purpose.

Accordingly, please submit the names of participants and other required details to Ms.
Angelina S. Manio at email address angelina.manio@deped.gov.ph not later than September 4,
2018.
