RESOLUTION NO. 4-S. 2023

“A RESOLUTION REQUESTING TO THE OFFICE OF HONORABLE AMENAH F.

PANGANDAMAN SECRETARY DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT ,TO
ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS AND
INSTALLATION OF CCTV IN BARANGAY LANITON,SAN LORENZO
RUIZ,CAMARINES NORTE AMOUNTING TO FIVE MILLION PESOS (5,000,000.00).”
Moval: Hon. Ramil S. De Austria
Unanimously Seconded

WHERE AS, it has been agreed by the Sangguniang Barangay of this Barangay during the session
dated on FEBRUARY 16, 2023,

WHEREAS, solar street lighting can provide safety benefits at mind block and intersection locations
and can also improve safety to the riders and improve lighting can also help to discourage street
crime.

WHEREAS, it is used to promote security to increase the quality of life by artificially extending the
hours in which it is light so that the activity can take place and improves safety for drivers, riders and
the residents,
NOW THEREFORE, on motion by Sangguniang Barangay Member Ramil S. De Austria and
unanimously approve to enact this urgent resolution.

RESOLVED, it is hereby resolved, to make a humble request to allots funds needed for this project,

FURTHER RESOLVE copies of this resolution shall furnish to the other concerned for their
information appropriation and action.
