QUALITY AND SAFETY PLAN

SCOPE : Procurement, fabrication, Planning and execution of all type of piping and structure work,
installation, testing and commissioning of all equipments, electrical MCC & PCC panels, cabling &
electrical liaisoning work.

INSPECTION: Stage wise inspection is carried at our end during fabrication and Assembly by the
qualified engineers as per cGMP guidelines. Final Inspection is carried out after Fabrication / Machining
/ Assembly / Welding and Painting etc before delivery / erection of the Material.

TESTS: All materials bought out items will be checked at vendors place for Physical and dimensional
attributes. The coupon is taken for chemical & physical testing, DP, RT & UT at the approved
laboratories as per Requirement
