Orders shown incorrectly in Error Queue Management /n/OTX/RM_WSC_PEQ

Orders created having attachment is transferred to open text without any issues successfully, but the
issue is these orders are also available in Error Queue Management in /n/OTX/RM_WSC_PEQ T-code.

Example from EMQ:

WO #420618708 was created through IP10 with a manual call using the Mplan #1296.
We can see this order having print attachment.

And this order with the attachment is available in OpenText.

Also, the same order is visible in Error Queue Management, which is incorrect.

Order created from Iw31/IP10/IP30 and having attachments (either from task list or Print or Order
attachment) are successfully updated to Open text but are still showing as error in
/n/OTX/RM_WSC_PEQ.
