Orders do not get DMPS status.

There seems to be an issue on some work orders that they don't get DSPM status from MRS. They
show up as blue in MRS but they don't get DSPM status in order only SCHD status. Generally the
orders from MRS gets DSPM status

MRS shows operation dispatched but looking at the order, shows that it don't have DSPM status.

These orders were 0.3 hours and had not been dispatched and because of that not done in time.
