Can't close WO#410162195 - The problem is that the object

part become compulsory in SWM when breakdown flag is set
but the field is not available in the TECO screen in SWM which
then gives an error. User must fill in the object part in the
INC0789787 notification in SWM and then try to TECO. In progress
