    The items discussed below are observations conducted during the site walk-through performed by the
    author of this Field Observation Report representative. This report shall not to be construed as an
    inspection report or a directive to the construction manager/general contractor on their “means and
    methods”. It is simply a historical compilation of observations gathered during the site visits.
    1. No edge boundary to the paved area. Uneven change of material. Curb edge to be provided to
    restrict groundcover.

    2. Transition between pathway to be made smooth & at same level.

    3. Replace the broken turn-stile.


    4. Demarcate clear space for the kids play area with change in flooring material like the
    outdoor gym (above pic)

    5. Maintenance and use of water cascade should resume.


    6. Removal of weeds and planting from the main waterbody.

    7. Replace the dead and diseased plantings.

    8. Uniform shape and size and make of the street furniture is to be maintained. Number of benches to
    be increased throughout the park.
