Topic: Fundamental Position of Arm and Feet in Folk Length of Period:1 hour

I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson the students should able to:
a) Define Philippines Folk Dance;
b) Identify the different fundamental positions of arms and feet in Folk Dance
c) Execute the fundamental position of arm and feet in folkdance.

II. SUBJECT MATTER


TOPIC: Exercise Program (Folk Dance)
SUB-TOPIC: Fundamental Position of Arm and Feet in Philippines Folkdance.
REFERENCE: Grade 7 P.E and Health Books pages; 134 – 136.
