§ The validity of the COC is up to April 30, 2022. The ARBO already submitted reports (audited FS, ARBO profile) to PCEDO with acknowledgment stamp. The DARPO to assist in following up the release of the COC.
§ The one (1) unit of grain bagger from DA is non – operational in terms of status.
§ The 4wheel drive tractor under the CRFPSP – MCBF (2017) is operational status. The tractor with trust agreement but not yet recorded in the coop book of accounts because the deed on donation is not yet executed and issued.
§ The existing dam (Pangol Dam) was non functional and they created a communal canal. However, also destroyed by Typhoon Lawin. Pangol Dam for proposal to NIA (area coverage San Quintin 110 has, Macutay 60 has, Liwan east 20 has)
Ways Forward
DARRO/DARPO
§ Conduct ARB inventory for all ARBOs in DARRO/ DARPO Level to update the current status of the ARBs in the areas concerned.
§ Conduct inventory of DAR programs/projects provided for each ARB Organizations with specific on the hard component/ FMEs provided.
§ Continue to validate potential ARBOs that may qualify for the project using the initial criteria and template tool provided by DARCO.
DARCO
§ Provide project updates, template proposals and guideposts for the implementation of program/project.
§ Provide/issue a document to remind/inform regarding the transfer of FMEs from DAR to ARBOs from previous and current DAR project/program.
