ACTIVITY1: reflection about the ‘’ the beautiful day’’- jermaine Edwards relate to
the VMGO’S of BSU

While hearing the song “ the beautiful day ‘’ by Edwards its very meaningful song
that make you realize and enlightened in our everyday life especially to me as
student of Benguet State University. With regards to the VMGO’S of Benguet
state university also relates to the song where it offers many opportunities to
experience positive emotions. You can look back on your previous beautiful
experiences. It is a focused act of having fun, revealing forgotten details,
cultivating positive emotions, and prolonging. I know you can't have every
experience on your "happy day," but making a list is a very powerful reminder of
the good things in life.

When doing this exercise, you should focus on activities that you can actually do
on a beautiful day. However, we have found that remembering irreversible things,
such as remembering precious moments with the deceased, can play a role in this
practice as well. You won't be able to relive it, but it will inspire you to spend time
with other loved ones. It made me realize that beautiful days are not fun. It
creates positive emotions within me and this has a positive emotional ripple
effect that spreads to others who pick up on my good mood. Telling others about
it and inspiring them to create and experience their own beautiful days.
