Hi im John Ervin F. Cubio , 21 years old,live on calamba city laguna.i graduated BSit in
Pamantasan ng Cabuyao a 4th to the top university on Laguna.i like making arts and and reading books.

- What would you consider your strengths?

I consider my strenthgs that Im competitive ,I always keep myself busy and to search or seek for
new experience.that makes me more productive,And lastly i have long patience

-What is your biggest weakness?

My greatest weakness is that I sometimes have trouble saying no to a requests and i end up
taking on more than I can handle.But now I taking note all works i have , try to denied request when I
don’t have that much time .

- Where do you see yourself in five years?

I see myself five years from now ,that I become a professional and have a good position in this
company

In my first three months, I would like to become thoroughly familiar with all of your company’s
clients. I would spend a lot of time researching and talking to other employees to learn as much as I
could. I would start to develop strong relationships with existing clients. I would set up meetings and
dinners in order to get to know them and to build the foundation of a solid working relationship

My goals on pursuing to get this job and to get into your company is to secure a position at a
company like this one where I can continue to grow and improve myself both personally and
