2. Bring only the following in a short transparent plastic envelope:

a. Validated School ID
b. Printed University Admission Test (UAT) Permit
c. Pencil #2, sharpener and eraser
d. 1 pc 2x2/passport size picture

3. Prohibited items:
a. Electronic devices such as cell phones, calculators, cameras, electronic cigarettes, iPods, iPads.
b. Wristwatches, fitness trackers, and watches of any kind.
c. Jewelry and other unnecessary accessories such as necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, etc.
d. Headwear, including hats, caps, hoods, scarves, and headbands wide enough to cover the ears.
e. Headsets or headphones of any kind.
