The most powerful weapon


is the delete key :)
Every presentation must be created
to achieve something specific.

Presentations are about leadership.


You lead them from where they are
to where you want them to be.
When audience is certain that
you are focused on what they need,
they will be focus on what you need.

Know your audience and setup

● How many?
● Age, gender, organizations, level?
● Who/what before you?
● Who/what after you?
Preparation.

If you prepare, they will notice.

It shows respect toward them.

Micro-statement
If someone just missed your talk,
what would his neighbour say?
Everything in your presentation
should support micro-statement

If it is not, leave it out!
