Reflection Questions
 How do you find your Active Recreational Activity Program Session 2 compare to your
recreational activity 1? Are there any changes in terms of the intensity you exerted in
your workout?
I find our active recreational activity program session 2 fun but at the same time more
tiring compare to our recreational activity 1. Session 2 was more tiring because the
intensity we exerted is vigorous and in session 1 we only exerted moderate level of
intensity.

 How do you feel before and after designing the active recreational activities program for
your family member/client? Support your answer.
Before designing the active recreational activities program for my client, I feel really
excited to perform it with them. After designing the active recreational activities program,
I feel so happy because I was able to perform it well and I’m also happy for my client
because she was able to do something that can help her to have an active and healthy
body.
