Our Office Layout: Working Area
This is our desirable office; we designed it to help our future employees to enjoy and
make your office as pleasant as possible in their work environment. We wanted to illustrate that,
while it is a workplace, it is also a place where people can rest and relax. We ensure that the
office setting we provide is both peaceful and pleasant. We certainly produce a space in which
the employee's job is properly organized. We believe that having this type of workplace may
improve the team's culture, productivity, and efficiency, as well as their general well-being at
work.
Working Area
Working Area is a place that employee can work quietly. In this area it includes separate
tables, laptops/computers, and an own space for each employees. The divider that attached on
their table helps to separate each employee. So, that employee can be work peacefully and no
one can disturb them while working. The working area is a big help to the employee's because it
can gives them a personal space that no one can disturb them while working. They can also
store their stuffs such as documents, personal things, and also having their technologies for
working.
In working area the temperature of the air-con in the office must have the right
temperature so employees can work peacefully. The cables of the equipment and technologies
in the working area must arrange to prevent accident that can cause damage to the company
especially to the employees. In working area the lightning can be determine of what is the
function of that department in working are so the lightning may adjust on the right light.
Ventilation is also important to give the employees new set of air and not the only the air
furniture of the office, the right amount of light in the computer, space and many more. It is
important to have cleanliness to prevent distraction while working. The furniture must have the
right spot to prevent the crowded area. The light of the computer must be low to protect your
eyesight and especially the space of the working area. It really easy and peaceful to work if that
area is not crowded so the space is important to work to have some privacy
This is area is very important, we added this room for the sake of our respected admin
and department heads. It is important to have an own space if you are an admin or department
head, it give you a peaceful and quiet work time. Own office with good temperature, proper
lightning, and quiet surroundings will never be the reason of your irritation and uncomfortable.
There are many things you must consider of you have an office, but health is very important.
Conference Room
Conference room is a large area that needs to have a big screen and many or long table
and chairs for the employees for a large meetings. It also consider the wiring and cabling
because without them the monitor or screen area and other chargeable gadgets will not be
going to function and also the proper lightning to clearly see what works they're doing and their
things and also aircon temperature and ventilation to have good air flow because it's expecting
a lot employees in a conference room and not be able suffocating so that the employees can
have a better workplace. This is important in office because this is where people can discuss
their project, business presentation or management discussion or anything meeting that they
can talk about. It's really a good area to brainstorming or sharing their knowledge for each other
employees.
Reception Area
We added Reception area in our floor plan. This area is usually recommended for
visitors and applicants. It handles and supervises the visitors to know more about the
company’s culture and background. Also, while waiting for someone to meet them. The
reception that has a welcoming atmosphere will have a positive impact on your employees as
well, making them comfortable and worth it to be part of our company. This area must have a
Document/File Area
It is one of the most important rooms in the office where you can securely retain and
locate the organized files or documents of the company. Having a storage room can give some
efficiency and productivity around the office that minimize struggles made up of the different
important contract, files, etc. The employees can more freely work and go with their task without
any causing trouble because of some files misplaced in your working area. In storage room, it is
also required proper temperature in the room to avoid humidity that may cause moist in the shelf
where the essential papers put it and having better ventilation to complete change of air within
the room to avoid air pollution that may bring the employees and proper lighting to easy access
Kitchen Area
. One of the demands of those who work in the office or in any type of employment such
as catering, fast food, and others is a kitchen room or food area. The kitchen room or food area
that we did here is an example of the same as we commonly see in fast food restaurants to
keep a regular routine in the office, such as a worker's excellent health condition, because if
they buy food outside, for example, it can impact their health. How did I put it? Because we
enjoy a clean and pleasant environment at work, we can function more efficiently when the
office is like that. We also considered it to be a part of our floorplan because it is important in the
offices. This place where employers can get their fundamental needs met. We also investigated
a ventilation system, which is a component of the workplace that is often found in the kitchen or
food preparation area. It also features a water dispenser, which is one of the most fundamental
workplace needs and may be found in the corners of every space. The wet floor warning will not
disappear on the flooring if you are in the kitchen room or food area to prevent accidents inside
the kitchen room or food area. After it comes to outlets, make sure you unplug them or switch
off the electricity at the main outlet when you're finished. And with machines such as coffee
makers, different types of stoves, and so on. They must be kept clean in order to be attractive,
or you will appear unattractive. Chairs and tables also need to be cleaned.
Comfort Room
workers may take a break. It also contains a toilet facility and washroom. We establish separate
comfort rooms for women and men to show respect, value, and comfort for our employees.
Employee’s performance and productivity can be enhanced by having a comfort room in the
office. In comfort room we put windows as ventilation. Flushing and washing hands may
contribute moisture to the air in the bathroom that cause humidity. By putting window in a
comfort room helps to release moisture. In order to avoid grounding from the electricity, the
switch must to be near the door and at chest level. To avoid slips, each comfort room was
