Due to our business expanding, we currently have an opportunity for a hardworking and self-motivated
individual to join our Front Office Team as a Front Desk Receptionist/ Reservations Agent

The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, be reliable, a good communicator, a team
player and have a passion to work in the hospitality industry.

Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating unique, memorable and personal experiences for our guests
during the process of check-in, check-out, reservations, and will report directly to the Front Office Manager. You
will have intuitive responsiveness to the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of our guests.

Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent service, build strong relationships, anticipate and exceed the guests’ expectations
· Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check-in/out and complete audit procedures, as
required
· Take ownership of guests’ issues and take action to resolve them immediately

Job Requirements:
· Good command of English in both verbal and written communication

· A natural ability to sell the Harvey’s Point Experience
· Confident with a pleasant disposition and well-groomed
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Working on rotating shifts, including weekends
· Experience in revenue management systems desirable
· Knowledge of Hotsoft PMS an advantage

This role is flexible with full and part-time available
