applying for the IPM 2023 Batch under the category

(EWS/ NC-OBC/ SC/ ST/ PwD, Please write as applicable), hereby give the
undertaking for the following:

1. I am not in a position to get the relevant certificate issued by the competent

authority at this moment.
2. I will produce the required certificate at the time of the Personal Interview (if
shortlisted for the further selection process), failing which the IIM Indore has
all the right to cancel my candidature.
3. As a special case this provision is made available to the aspirants (only for IPM
AT 2023).
