1. Introduction

1.1 History of Organization

Brief the history of the organization, vision, mission, (3 – 5 paragraphs).

Provide a SWOT analysis.

Suria Enterprise's bright business was represented at the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) in
June 2006. The business has been operating for almost 17 years until now. It started operating at a rented shop
house in Cengal Park, Kulim, Kedah. After operating in Cengal Park for almost 10 years, it has now moved to
the Prosperous Independence Area, Park Prosperous, Lunas, Kedah. This business runs chilli sauce processing
starting from cooking chilli dry until the packaging into the bottle. This business expertise helps burger
entrepreneurs, Omelette Baguette Sandwich, kebabs and pizza that have difficulty getting a Muslim chilli sauce
with an extra spicy, sweet and delicious taste.

In 2006 the brand of chilli sauce was released as Anieka and in Nov 2019, rebranding was created with
a new brand as A'zney and registered with Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO). This
business has also received assistance from Tekun Nasional, Ministry of Agriculture Malaysia (MAFI) and
obtained food certification safe industry responsibility (MeSTI). Suria Enterprise's bright company also provides
original equipment manufacturer (OEM) services to entrepreneurs who want their own branding by following
the standard price, taste, size you want. Suria Enterprise's bright company also picks up heavily about product
quality, customer satisfaction, hygiene and perfection in all aspects.

1.1.1 Vision

● Becoming a company that is a viable company and capable of reaching the international market like
Indonesia, Brunei, and Singapore.
● Become the highest company to become zakat and taxpayers every year.
● Become a producer for burger products.

1.1.2 Mission

● Helps burger entrepreneurs throughout Malaysia get quality chilli sauce.


● Helps generate side income.
● To bring forth burger entrepreneurs who are not just streets but are popular.
● To produce many zakat payers and taxpayers to generate a prosperous country.

2.1 Proposed System Process

Provide a process which you propose based on the current problems above and current
system processes you have chosen as above. For a better understanding, you may provide
a flow chart.

2.2 Proposed System Objectives

● To analyse the current sauce ordering process at A’zney sauce factory.


● To design a computerised sauce ordering system for customers at A’zney sauce factory.
● To develop an information system to make the sauce ordering process more effective and
efficient.
2.3 Proposed System Scopes

Who are your stakeholders (user of the system) and the limitation of your
product/information system (IS).

Customer:

● This project is made to develop a system where the customer can order the product and they
can choose the courier.

● Customer can view or edit their own profile.

● Customer will need to provide a payment options before making their purchases ( cod, credit
card etc.). The option chose will be saved as their preferred choices for easier purchase in the
future.

Admin:

● This project is used for admin to access the retail database and only admin can update this
system and verify the orders.

● Admin cannot view and manipulate user password.

● Admin can manage the system.

Provide a Gantt chart (in appendix) showing the allocation of date to the
project/product/information system phases, identify the major milestones with
their achievement criteria and who are responsibility for each phase.
