To whom it may concern,

I am writing to you today in regards to Kara Gonzales. I've known Kara for 2 years now, working
at Express. The first time we met was through my assistant interviewing her for a seasonal
associate position. A quiet but confident teenager came through our office doors and I felt
something special from her. She was very passionate about fashion and showed me some of
her fashion pieces. I hired her on the spot. Working with her is always delightful. As her
manager, I know she will go above and beyond the expectations of the company. She asks
questions and has follow ups once she's completed her task / projects. She is dependable, self
driven, and inquisitive. If there's something that she doesn't understand, she makes sure to
partner with her team for understanding. She's a team player and has invited newer team
members in with ease. Leading them to grow with her and to make them feel comfortable.
Whatever endeavors Kara strives for, I know she would bring a smile to others around her. After
working with her for this time, I can confidently recommend Kara as an asset to any team.
