PURPOSE: The purpose of this event is to raise awareness of the grand opening of a new Support + Feed food pantry/shelter for the food insecure in Atlanta, Georgia. This event is to find local sponsors to help donate to the organization and to officially open the Support + Feed building. SNAPSHOT: This event will be set up with refreshments, an open cocktail bar, and live music to entertain guests before an official speech from Maggie Baird and the ribbon cutting ceremony at the new building. The main event is the ribbon cutting ceremony from Maggie and her team. AUDIENCES: We will be inviting big name philanthropist celebrities, digital creators, local sponsors, and the staff of Support + Feed to come to this event. Set out food and get food/bartender staff settled at 2:45. Both refreshments and model of packaged food Doors open for guests at 3:30 p.m. Cocktail hour with refreshments and live music from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Speech from Maggie and her team at 5:45 p.m. Ribbon cutting at 6 p.m. Doors close at 7:30 p.m. while guest say their goodbyes and enjoy the last hour and a half for cocktails and mingling.
