Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR 4.O) in what I understand is the further development
of things related to technology. Making technology advance easier and accessible to the point
that it is becoming indispensable in our modern life. Due to the advancement of technology
there is a risk where humans would be replaced by machines in works that are easy to be
automated. Mostly humans that are less educated, skilled, and without a degree are more
likely to be unemployed in due time, but that only affects on countries with a large
advancement in technology. Brought by the advancement of technology has lead to
challenges that need our people to be educated and trained enough to be able to adapt with
the robots in such a way reducing unemployment risk compared to other countries that have
slow adaptation to such related scenario.
