My routine

I Wake up at 7 o´clock almost every day, I don´t eat breakfast always because I do intermittent
fasting but when I take it, I have the habit of eating eggs, bread and a juice. I also like yogurt
with cereal, oatmeal and honey. Every day I do my routine differently because I am a teacher
and I adapt according to the times I teach.

I go to the gym for physical activity and something that I really like and I feel very good about. I
usually have lunch at 2 pm when I do not go to the gym, I like salad, some protein, juice or zero
soda. Sometimes I need to take a break from my tasks because I spend a lot of time on the
computer.

In the afternoon, I have a few more classes and in the evening, I like to watch some TV. Every
day, at the end of the night, I have the habit of making my plan for the next day.

On weekends, I like to go out to see a little more of the city and walk my dog.
