Introduction
Bread is considered an energy-giving food which is why it

is the main ingredient of It’s a Wrap. Seeing that many students
have been going to school with an empty stomach and a low level
of energy, “It’s a Wrap” business is set for this kind of
situations. A single wrap can provide enough nutritional value
that can sustain the body’s everyday needs. In short, it has
multiple benefits wrapped in one.
The partners basically built the business for the sole

purpose of giving people joy and satisfaction from merely
consuming the product. “It’s a Wrap” provides affordable and
delightful products for everyone. As students, the partners would
also like to provide pocket-friendly products that could also
provide a student’s daily nutritional needs, since based on their
experiences being a student is really tough specially when it
comes to choosing affordable and healthy food at the same time.
Chapter I: Executive Summary
1.1 Business Background
It’s a Wrap is a partnership type of business which ventures

the food industry. It does not just provide nutritional benefits
to the customers but is also served in an eco-friendly way. As
shown in the business logo, the image of the product is at the
center of the circle which means that the product is the center
of the business itself. The red circle represents the passion of
the partners while the color of the business name which is blue
represent the trust of the partners in building the business
together.
The preparation of the product has been the main

inspiration of the partners to name the business “It’s a wrap!”.
The delectable nutritional value is being wrapped into a
delightfully crispy combination of bread and a take by surprise
filling.
Giving comfort and a guilt-free pleasure to clients are the

principle reasons why the business was assembled. The items will
have an extraordinary intrigue to competitors most explicitly,
just expending on of the kinds of It's a Wrap will help get a
break from all the weight and stress.
1.2 Business Philosophy
“Come Hungry, Leave Happy!”
The business philosophy is to create and nurture positive

relationship with each other and the customers, not only with the
food but through the partners’ good social interaction as well.
It makes the partners feel more like a community as opposed
to just a mere business-to-customer relationship, because the
partners believe that people make buying decisions based on who
they think they can trust. The partners shall make that
philosophy the foundation that the business shall strive upon.
1.3 Goals and Objectives
Goals:
1. To remain competitive in the business industry.

2. To maintain financial stability within the business
environment.
3. To sustain the quality and cleanliness of the product.
Objectives:
1. By sustaining the discipline and determination of each

member.
2. By organizing, performing, and ensuring that daily tasks
are properly performed according to plan.
3. To provide clean product by following the sanitary
practices and procedures.

Chapter II: Marketing Plan
2.1 Products
“It's a Wrap” offers its customers the best three tasting

products and it is Dynamite, chicken club roll, and banana bread
fingers all at 10 pesos only. The dynamite has cheese and ground
pork, and it is wrapped with white lumpia wrapper. The chicken
club roll has cabbage, chicken, mayonnaise and cheese still
wrapped with a lumpia wrapper while the banana fingers has a
banana with their own recipe of chocolate filling. This will be
achieving by using high-quality ingredients and strictly
following preparation guidelines. These delicious products costs
only ten pesos per piece. It is called "It's a wrap" because all
of our products are wrapped in bread and lumpia wrapper.
2.2 Location
“It's a Wrap” is located at San Francisco Street, Butuan

City, Philippines. The store is few blocks away from Father
Saturnino Urios University, at the back of Agusan National High
School SHS building. The entrepreneurs prefer the location
because it is near Father Saturnino Urios, Sacred Heart School of
Butuan, Agusan National High School, Butuan Central Elementary
School and other offices where the people there are their target
customers. Students, faculty teachers, and office workers can
access it just by walking distance or by land transportation.

2.4 Target Market
The target market of “It’s a Wrap” are the students,

workers and faculties of Father Saturnino Urios University,
Agusan National High School, and Sacred Heart School of Butuan
and workers of other nearby offices and establishments. The
entrepreneurs considered them as their target market since “It’s
a Wrap” products are affordable enough for them to buy.
Especially to students who have budgeted money for their daily
expenses so they only buy food which fits to their daily budget
and also that will satisfy them. The business is located at San
Francisco Street, Corner J.C. Aquino Avenue, Butuan City, Caraga
for the population of the nearby establishments and schools are
big and also the price of the products are friendly that fits to
the people nearby.
2.5 Product Promotions
“It's a Wrap” promote their business through social media

which is digital media marketing. The entrepreneurs chose to
advertise and post the information of their business since people
nowadays are fond of using social media sights mostly on Facebook
and Messenger. It could need fewer expense on Facebook and
Messenger because it is cheap.
2.6 Direct / Indirect Competitors
“It’s a Wrap” has direct competitors when it comes to

selling dynamite, however the partners hasn’t encountered food
industries which sells the same products as banana bread fingers
and chicken club roll. The partners consider the street vendors
near in Father Saturnino Urios University who offers dynamite as
their direct competitor since their business is also located in
the same street. The partners also sells lumpia, which is also
available at any other food stores and establishments. Although
it is not their main product to offer but they offered
alternative products to satisfy the desired consumer needs.
The partners considers other business establishments that

also ventures the food industry as their indirect competitors.
Even though these establishments don’t offer the same products as
theirs, these companies can also be a threat to “It’s a Wrap!”
since they can also provide food that could satisfy the
consumers’ needs.
2.7 Competitive Analysis
The business It’s a Wrap and the products are unique from
their competitors. Unlike any other businesses, it is very
exclusive from the other businesses for it offers banana bread
fingers, chicken club roll, and dynamite. These foods are not
just tasty but also healthy. The business is planning to provide
drinks as well since it wil be more convenient for the customers.

3.2 Production Process
It’s a Wrap! offers delicious snacks that are healthy and
is served sanitarily that can only be done through the following
procedures:
Preparation for the Chicken Club Roll & Banana Bread Fingers:
1. For the crust of the chicken club roll and banana bread
fingers, remove the sides of the bread and flatten
afterwards by using a rolling pin.
2. Set aside.
3. In making the filling of the chicken club roll, wash the
cabbage first before chopping it thinly, dice the cheese and
mix both with the mayonnaise
4. In making the filling of the banana bread fingers, just
simply slice the bananas and add condensed milk just enough
to make it sweet
5. Place 2 tablespoons of filling on each slice of flattened
bread and roll it nicely
6. Seal the roll by coating it with scrambled egg, add bread
crumbs for the chicken club roll
7. Prepare the pan to cook with by heating it
8. Pour enough oil to deep fry the roll
9. Make sure to cook the roll in medium heat and wait for it to
be golden brown
10. Serve and enjoy!
Preparation for the Dynamite:
1. Marinate the ground pork by putting minced onions, garlic

and soy sauce
2. After 30 minutes, heat the pan to cook with and pour a cup
of oil into it
3. Cook the marinated ground pork and add a cup of soy sauce,
salt, and 2 tablespoons of vinegar for better taste
4. For the dynamite, wash the dynamite chili peppers and make
sure to remove the seeds inside it. Place a slice of cheese
and cooked ground pork inside it. Nicely roll into the
lumpia wrapper and set aside.
5. Deep fry both rolls and make sure to use medium heat only
6. Wait until golden brown.
7. Serve and enjoy!

It’s a Wrap is a partnership form of business since any
gain or loss in the business venture shall be equally divided to
each member. It is operated, and owned by ten (10) Grade 12
students of Father Saturnino Urios University under the strand of
Accountancy Business Management Namely: Carakyle Anora, Ellen
Bayeta, Iyano Ednilan, Zsamel Andria Devera, Rowenette Gay, Epril
Rose Lagura, Norree Glenn Padilla, Yna Marie Sanez, Clarice
Lorraine Yongco and Alean Dangel Yutiamco. They are the
Entrepreneurs who combined and shared the funds in order for the
business to start and operate. The entrepreneurs are accountable
for all the business liabilities and risk. They will receive
profit according to the share they will contribute to the
business.
