REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
1. Participants MUST be FULLY VACCINATED prior the date of the seminar.
2. Payments must be made ON or BEFORE the first day of seminar. If payment cannot be made before or during the 2-day seminar,
then the customer is obliged to deposit the payment directly to the bank account of Gryke.
3. Checks must be payable to GRYKE SCIENTIFIC INSTRUMENTS TRADING (please advise your Company TIN and confirm if VAT or non-VAT
company).
1. Seminar Certificate will only be released upon receipt of full payment.
2. Maximum number of participants accepted: 50 participants only. Registration will automatically be closed once we reach our target number
of attendees.
3. No WALK IN PARTICIPANT/S will be accepted. All interested attendee/s should register by accomplishing the registration form. SLOT
NUMBER/S will be provided to registrants as proof of participation.
4. Gryke reserves the right to cancel any of its programs due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Seminar will be for two (2) days, approximately 14 hours. ▪ Force Gauge/Push Pull Gauge
Seminar cost is: ▪ UTM (Universal Testing Machine)
for VAT-able companies = Php 10,500.00 ➢ ISO 17025
for non-VAT companies = Php 9,375.00 o Introduction to ISO 17025
Seminar fee includes meals, snacks, handouts and certificates.
