PROCEDURE
Introduction Time

*Students are seated at their desks

Greet students at the door giving high fives with a warm welcome. 3 mins

Body Time

Topic: Raconte des 1) Students will come in and I will start by asking how their
weekends/agenda weekends were. “Vous avez fait quoi ce week-end? 20 min

semaine 1) Give a brief introduction to GIMS the artist of “Est-ce

2) Play the song for the students.

3) Ask students what they think the song was about.

4) Go through the written lyrics of the song with the
students and pick out words that they don’t understand
(tip* ask them to use the dictionary).
5) Put the English lyrics on the board and go through them
 together.

1) Students will work in pairs to figure out the meaning out
the chorus of the song using bescherelles and dictionary
2) They will finish and hand in when done and will work on 15min
something else until time is up.
3) We will go through the meaning of the chorus together in
order to understand.
