Due to the pandemic, all education went to online learning. Even before the pandemic
started, online learning was on the rise. This isn’t surprising, as online learning does offer some
benefits and skills you can learn that you sometimes won’t get from face-to-face classes, such as
digital literacy and online communication. Online classes help students be more comfortable and
confident when they eventually step into the job market. Students also learn appropriate behavior
and professionalism for meetings, emails, and chat rooms. In the current corporate environment,
these crucial abilities are necessary. These are just some of the many abilities and benefits that
come from online learning. In addition to helping students fulfill requirements and obtain
credentials, it aids them in developing marketable skills that give them a competitive edge in the
job market. Students also pick up fresh insights, information, and viewpoints from students all
over the world. In terms of learning motivation, learning success, and learning engagement, the
results indicated that online learning has a favorable impact on students' academic performance.
