MARKETING ASPECT

Business Location Analysis

The Aquarists have chosen this location because this district consists large amount of people walking on the side
walk. It will help the store to be noticed especially that aquarium stores are not very popular around the district
and we want to take advantage of the district's lack of aquarium store. The location is not difficult to find
especially that the place is known, since it is near the wet market.

MARKETING PROGRAM

a. Proposed Target Market

The proposed target market of the aquarists for our business would be fish resellers and market sellers.
They will need a fish tank to keep the fish that they will sell in the market alive. People who collect fish for
the purpose of collecting, as well as people who use fish for home decoration and restaurant decorations,
such as seafood restaurants, are our intended market for our fish.

b. Product Strategy

The Aquarists assures a customer is well knowned which product is for them, especially beginners. Our Fish
tanks varies from small to extra large that are installed with acrylic glass for enhanced strength. This would
be a great feature for fishkeepers who need a durable and long lasting fish tank. Whenever a product is
purchased either through built-in or in-store purchase, we make sure that the product is safe and seal tight.
We remove the lid and place it on a piece of air-filled plastic padding, use packing tape to keep everything
together, cut foam board insulation to fit the bottom of the tank and place it on to the foam board, and place
the tank in a moving box with air-filled plastic padding.

c. Price Strategy

The Aquarists offer that if a client buys three or more product, they will get a free aquarium that varies upon
what size they bought, ordered, or want to built-in. The Aquarists also follow strict credit policies, we do give
discounts to People with Disability (PWD) and Senior Citizen (SCD). A discount will be given to the most
expensive product they bought to the shop and discount it up to 20%. However, unlike PWD IDs, the owner
of the SCD ID must be present upon purchasing on the store. The Owner of the SCD ID must also be
presented upon built-in aquariums and deliveries to provide fairness to both types of purchase.

d. Place Strategy

A product distribution is conducted within our store to multiple shops, re-sellers, and online, we supply a
variety of aquarium to shops that order to us depending upon how much quantity they desire. We deliver the
products to their store personally through trasport vehicles. The price strategy would also apply here as per
every large quantity purchased will have zero percent delivery fee, and an additional two large aquarium. We
decided to give this kind of price strategy to ensure that the store who order to us would be another loyal
customer.

e. Promotion Strategy

flyers, social media, and stickers are used to promote our store. Flyers are given to the people around our
store to let them know about us. Small stickers will be put upon every product and its packaging that we sell
for the buyers and re-sellers to know where will our store be located. Social media would help us
significantly, a single post on social media would make people notice our store, especially that most of the
people around the country would have a phone. Creating a facebook page would help to raise charisma and
morale, it is important to keep our page with a high amount of likes for more people to notice.
