Project Tittle: “FREE FLOURIDE APPLICATION PARA SA ZERO CAVITY

DITO SA ATING COMMUNITY”
Problem Statements
Children have experience dental decay by the time they reach kindergarten poor oral hygiene is the main reason
for children with oral health problems as statistics show that 95% of children ages 12 years old suffer from tooth decay or
cavities.

Objectives:
To prevent and control oral health problems and diseases among children and to help prevent tooth decay by
making tooth more resistant to acid attacks from plaque bacteria and sugar in the mouth.

Vision:
To improve the Barangay Santol Oral Health and to empowered them by taking care of their own personal Oral
Health for an enhance quality of life.

Mission:
To promote Oral Health in Barangay Santol, by providing effective resources and interventions that shall ensure
the delivery of quality, accessible and available oral health services.

Goal:
To achieved an improved quality of life in the Barangay Santol by promoting oral health care and services.

Description:
The “FREE FLOURIDE APPLICATION PARA SA ZERO CAVITY DITO SA ATING
COMMUNITY” program will focus on giving Free Fluoride Application for children ages 4 to 12 years old and will
receive free toothbrush and toothpaste to be held every February and November of the year.
