Letter of Price Reduction

East Asia Palm Products Sdn.Bhd engaged in the manufacturing of edible oils and fats with
exclusive focus on 3 products segments:
A. Can Be Dairy: Margarine, Butter Blends, Butter Oil Substitute
B. Lipid Technology: Frying Fat, Baker’s Shortening, Dairy Fat Replacer
C. Release Technology: Pan Release Agents

Today EAPP is exporting to over 25 countries around the globe and we are proud to
contribute our knowledge and expertise benefiting economy of Sarawak.

We are very interested with your margarine machine as your machine would help to grow our
business and a great machine for our productivity. We also believe with this machine will
help to expand our product range and delivering quality product to our queued customers.

Since this is a used machine, our concerns are the efficiency may be reduced because of been
used frequently. It might not be great as the newer machine. Hence the lifespan and the
quality of the machine might as well decreased. Logically thinking, the more frequently used
the machine are, the lower the lifespan it might be. However, we believe that machine is still
in a good condition.

Our intention writing this letter is to request for a price reduction and you are the only
supplier we want to consider for purchasing the machines. We are looking forward to hear
positive answer and we are open to discuss about the price negotiation.
