EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

‘NZ Crunchies” is being one of the Bumiputera chip product brands of NZ Frozen
Industries Sdn Bhd since 1997 which to this day and this business also still looking for highly
visionary members, eager to further expand their business in Malaysia and abroad. As we know,
Nz Crunchies has managed to win the hearts of customers after the launch of this product which
went viral among Malaysians because of its amazing taste. Next, NZ Crunchies contains poppy
skin snacks with a unique taste, affordable price, easy to carry and suitable for the whole family
and able to provide an experience that is guaranteed to please all snack lovers around the world.
The advantage of NZ Crunchies poppy skin chips is that this snack is a trending product of the
century. In addition to using cheese flavors as flavors for our snacks, we also use some other
viral flavors such as chicken floss flavors, salted eggs, Bolognese, tom yum, curry, honey,
chocolate, seaweed and other various flavors. In addition to satisfying the taste of food lovers
with a crunchy and tasty taste, this NZ Crunchies brand snack is also perfect for eating
wherever and whenever you are, with its nature that is easy to take everywhere at any time
because it’s come with pouch bag edition and this snack is ideal for a loved family to enjoy.
The melting in the mouth is a "perfect snack" for all foodies in Malaysia. As we know, today's
popia snacks aren't quite popular with teens, but through unheard-of users, we're optimistic that
they'll slowly and surely have their own ability to gain market share trust and build long-term
bonding with family and friends. So, we believe that our NZ Crunchies can compete with other
competitors and attract more customers. Finally, we always ensure that our NZ Crunchies
poppy seed snacks are always in demand and efficiently produced and always a top choice for
every customer.

2.1 Introduction of business

2.1.1 Name and address of business

The business name we provide is "Thina Crunchies Empire". Thina Crunchies


Empire is a combination of Athirah and Nabilah. It will make it easier for customers to
remember our company name. In this business, we sell products that all categories can
afford to buy at a price as well as products that are a favorite of our customer and also
welcome others customer to buy our products. The business address is Kampung Teluk
Baru Lundang 15200 Kota Bharu Kelantan because we do not yet have an official place
for stock production and only keep stock at home. We will strive to have a Thina
crunchies Empire store that can make it easy for customers to walk in and pick up
themselves.

Mission:
Thina Crunchies Empire mission wanted ensuring our customer's satisfaction is
always awake and when there is a problem of dissatisfaction from the customer's side,
we will overcome it quickly and make it a challenge for our company to continue
moving forward. Furthermore, Thina Crunchies Empire will try to increase the number
of customers every month which we will advertise on every available social media and
also keep our loyal customers by improving service day by day. That way our business
will progress and become the focus of many.

Vision:
Thina Crunchies Empire's vision is to provide delicious snacks that will be
remembered by everyone every day and can anchor their hearts. Besides, Thina
Crunchies Empire also wants to ensure that every customer is satisfied with the products
we produce and become the first snack in their hearts. Next, our vision is also to create
new experiences in the business world as well as be able to penetrate the foreign market
and make the first product to be able to penetrate the foreign market.

These NZ Crunchies are made from poppy skin. This product has a variety of flavors
that are able to captivate every customer. These NZ Crunchies have twelve different flavors
including cheese, chocolate, curry, tom yum and others. In addition, NZ Crunchies has created
a new packaging which is a pouch bag that is easy to carry anywhere and can be enjoyed well.

Next, customers can taste various flavors when buying products from NZ Crunchies.
Poppy skin is very crunchy and delicious to chew, especially for children who will definitely
love it. Customers also love variety and variety of flavors and NZ Crunchies is a product that
must be the first choice of customers who love crispy poppy skin that melts in the mouth. When
there are a variety of flavors every customer will struggle to choose the flavor released by NZ
Crunchies.

Finally, this product is very popular because every customer wants a different taste for
them to taste especially if it is a snack or food. Therefore, we create a variety of flavors for
customers who love food innovation and they can also taste something new especially in
limited edition NZ Crunchies flavors that will not be available from other products. NZ
Crunchies is the top choice for every family who loves snacks and who wants to try different
flavors of snacks.

CONCLUSION
In a word, NZ Crunchies is a business that sells a variety of flavours not only through
face to face method but also through online use social media by creating Facebook page. We
can conclude that by using the Facebook platform, we can find out the method of sales
promotion through social media by showing videos and so on so that it looks more interesting.
Through this kind of platform, we can be able to post the latest update of our business activity.

Next, Facebook marketing also helps entrepreneurs regardless of age, rank, race, gender,
background and their budget to maintain their business in various ways. we can also learn and
understand new knowledge and put it into practice in life to hone our talents and skills in
marketing a product and sell it by using the Facebook platform. We also get experience in
managing business and can also learn and know how to employ teaser, soft sell and hard sell,
which of these three is something that is very difficult.

We also know that in business there are ups and downs, there are downs and ups, there
are profits and losses, so through this we as entrepreneurs need to come up with new ideas
every time to attract customers to buy products and at the same time increase our sales results.
In addition, this method is not only beneficial to our business but also to ourselves. This is
because it will help us stay up to date with the current trend which is not only using Facebook
as a sales and promotion platform but also Instagram, Tiktok, Telegram, Twitter, YouTube and
so on. From this, we can enhance our knowledge and skills in IT. Then, it will prevent us from
being an outdated businessman.
