Vehicle malfunction ,Traffic Congestion etc…
 Terms and Conditions
1. Booking will be confirmed on receipt of 50% of total agreed amount and balance should be paid on or before
07 days of departure of tour.
2. Panicker’s Travel shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to
breakdown of vehicle / natural calamities or other reason beyond the control of our company. No refund will
be made in that condition.
3. To safe guard and on interest of travelling public during the tour, due to unavoidable circumstances the
company holds full rights to change , omit or deviate the sightseeing places or alter travel arrangements
according to situations and in such case driver/ Tour escorts decision will be final.
4. Shopping: Passengers have the liberty to purchase from anywhere they like. Panickers Travel takes no
responsibility for any purchase nor we recommend any particular shop establishment.
5. Please purchase entrance tickets directly from the monument. Our fare does not include these charges.
6. Transportation charges from bus/ vehicle alighting point to Monument / hotel and other places where our
bus/ vehicle are not allowed to go due to traffic regulations/ conditions are to be borne by the Tourists.
7. Panicker’s Travel (India) Pvt ltd shall not be liable for theft, loss or damage of any person/ property during the
journey.
8. All services such as Hotel accommodation / transportation and pre-blocked well in advance and we are liable
to pay penalties to our suppliers/ vendors/independent contractors if there services are released within a
mentioned time frame.
9. All the timings mentioned in the bill are for reference purpose only and are subject to change due to external
factors like road traffic , weather etc.
10. Cancellation: If the passenger has to cancel the tour due to any reason, they have to make an application in
writing to that effect along with the original receipt issued by the company. Cancellation charges applicable as
mentioned below.
11. Cancellation charges:
(a): 10 % on Total Amount : 168 Hours prior to the date of journey
(b): 25 % on Total Amount : 72 Hours prior to the date of journey
(c): 50 % on Total Amount : 48 Hours prior to the date of journey
(d): 75 % on Total Amount : 24 Hours prior to the date of journey
(e): 100 % on Total Amount : Less than 24 Hours prior to the date of journey
12. All guests will be mandatory required to produce an original Photo address proof during the tour.
( PAN CARD IS NOT ACCEPTED AS AN ADDRESS PROOF)
13. All Disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
