To all CYF (c/o CYF President):

Greetings in the name of our mighty God and eternal Savior, Jesus Christ!

We will hold our annual assembly this coming February 4 to 5, 2022 at UCCP Borongan,
Borongan City. During this session, we will elect our new set of executive committee and we
will also have a program planning for the ecclesiastical year 2022 to 2024. We would also like to
hear from each local church to discuss the issues that the CYF are facing.

In line with this, we would like to invite you to send your representative/s to the said
location for this activity. Our constitution dictates that one representative must be sent for every
five local CYF members but there should be a maximum of three representatives which means
that for the local churches with more than fifteen members, you may only send three (3). Your
esteemed EXECOM also discussed that the representatives that you should send must be fully
vaccinated so that we can conform to the guidelines of Borongan City LGU and that we can
keep every attendee safe. If possible, please send a representative that is able, susceptible,
available and willing to vote and be voted upon and can take on the responsibility of a future
youth leader. We also request that the local CYF President be your prior representative if he or
she passes the criteria above.
