Work Experience :

L2 Production Support (Jan 2019 – Present):

● Working as a L2 Production Support Engineer in Trade finance at BNP Paribas.
● Responsible for handling technical/functional operations and support for Trade finance activities to
customers from 7 Countries(Africa, Europe, Brussels, France, Canada, Middle East and Gulf ).
● Handling swift messages/advices between Banks/Customers.

BNP Paribas – EMEA (Jan 2019 – Present):

● Understand trade finance activities and perform Application Production support in IVISION and
Filenet applications for BNPP.
● Actively check logs in case of any errors while transferring swift/advices between banks/customers
and fixing it.
● Worked with Oracle 12 C to perform SQL operations and with Websphere Application Server 8.5.
● Used tools like Geneos to perform monitoring of server systems.
● Working with Autosys tool to check for failed jobs and report in case of failure.
● Perform technical support operations to resolve Incidents/requests relating to swifts/advices.
● Perform SOD and EOD checks to monitor whether everything is up.

● Worked in JDE World soft systems (Oracle) to provide technical support to client Cargill.
● Involved in maintenance of JD Edwards Worldsoft A 9.2 by fixing technical issues encountered by
the customers.

A9.2 , AS400.
● Provided backend support to customers in countries from the APAC(Asia Pacific) region including
Singapore , Malaysia , Japan and Australia.
