disseminate information and will coordinate with LGUs
when needed

7. CONTINGENCY PLAN
1. The school's contingency plan is crafted with
consideration of reclosing and reopening of class in case of
COVID-19 resurgence

2. The school has developed strategies for the continuity of


learning while the school is closed until the local authorities
have determined the safe resumption of face-to-face
classes.

INDICATORS ACTIVITIES

1. TEACHING AND LEARNING


DELIVERY 1. The school offers two learning modalities: a) purely
online via Zoom platform; b) Blended Learning both using
GENYO Learning Management System

2. CLASS SCHEDULING
1. The school has designed a class program that caters to
both the learners of the face-to-face arrangements and
distance learning while practicing the 6-hour classroom
teaching hours of teachers

2. For the synchronous online distance learning, the screen


time per level is based on the recommended screen time
exposure recommended by the American Pediatric Society
and Department of Education.

3. For face-to-face classes, schedules are arranged to


ensure physical distancing and to avoid overcrowding on
frequently used areas such as toilet, cafeteria, or library

3. LEARNING RESOURCES
1. The school has secured sufficient supply of learning for
the face-to-face classes and purely online learning

4. TEACHER SUPPORT 1. The school supports teachers training for their


professional development in coordination with DepEd,
CAVPuso, MSAA, and BCOPS

5. REMEDIATION AND
INTERVENTION 1. The school has a mechanism for checking student's
attendance to monitor of learners to determine which
participating learners are showing difficulties in coming to
school and which learners who cannot participate in face-
to-face classes will revert to full distance learning.

2. The school has oriented teachers to conduct


consultations with parents, provision of feedback and
instructional support for learners,facilitation of
assessment, preparation of home learning tasks, and other
related tasks after face-to-face classes.
6. SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

1. The school guarantees banning of conduct of physical or


face-to-face large gatherings, group work or activities that
will require closec ontact or where physical distancing may
not be possible (e.g., schoolactivities, field trips, sports
festivals, flag ceremonies).

Learning Curriculum (MELC) with the integration of Howard
Gardners Multiple Intelligence approach

in terms of access to learning so that teachers can create
lessons that will meet their needs
